I'm up and at 'em, ready to start the day!! Right now, I'm about to jump in my truck, EDIT: my friend that I WAS going to go with to the Coffee and Cars event here in Houston just called to cancel. 102 fever. Sucks for him. How I really feel about waking up at 4AM after the jump!!
I used to get up this early all the time, when I had two fewer kids (I have three YOUNG daughters) and was a work out fiend. Now... THIS SUCKS. The hardest part of waking up was trying to figure out if I was actually awake or just dreaming I was awake (yes, I do that). The best part of waking up?
Folgers in my cup, of course. And by "Folgers", I mean the 7 shots of espresso that is waiting for me at Starbucks.

Getting up at 5:50 everyday for school should be illegal. I've been awake till about 3 or 4 a.m. everyday of winter break. school starts this monday. It's pretty obvious I am going to die and not do well on my finals.

Have fun at C&C! When I have to get up before 5 I often dream that I'm awake and I look at my watch and it's 9am already. Scary stuff.

Yeah, turn out is pretty good. There are a lot of different cars out there, Raging Bulls to Bowtie Camaro clubs.

I've decided to forgo today's event due to my friend's illness and instead take my 6 year old out to breakfast at 6:30. I tried taking her to a car event a few months ago and, while she behaved well-enough, she made it clear that she didn't wish to return to similar events.
And yes, I dream about waking up all the time. I literally slapped myself a few times this morning to make sure I was ACTUALLY awake.

Got there around 615 and it was already full. I'm already back home though since I've been up since 11 yesterday. Last night I had to monitor a well from 6 to 6. The turn out was awesome as usual though.

I ALMOST went alone, but it would have pissed my wife off. My friend sounded like hell last night when I talked to him. Hopefully the well did alright and you had fun at the event.

I actually did that yesterday. I dreamt that I was at work and no one was there. Had a conversation with my assistant, logged onto my computer... I became suspicious when my younger peers started coming in and yelling. Then I woke myself up 45 minutes later than I wanted to be up.
Seriously.

Yup it was great like always. And they didn't even start the damn well last night lol. So it was pretty boring.
